FAQ

How do I scale from 4 servings to 6?

Multiply each amount by 6÷4 = 1.5. Two cups becomes three cups.

Do spices scale linearly?

Salt, yeast, and hot spices sometimes need a lighter touch when scaling far up. Taste as you go.

What about pan size?

Volume scales with servings, but bake time depends on depth and pan material. Check early.

Can I scale baker's percents?

Yes. Keep percents fixed and change flour weight, or use the Baker's Percentage tool.
